Our client, a technology company which operates a range of content platforms that inform, educate, entertain and inspire people across language, culture and geography is currently looking for a Community Content Management Specialist.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily work of the moderation team, the working progress and employees’ working situation
2. In charge of the execution and optimization of certain standards for content review, and responsible for the accuracy of the moderation results
3. Monitor, gather and analyze queue data, detecting online problems promptly
4. Coordinate the interaction between the moderation team and other teams
5. In charge of the optimization of content review regulations, and offer tool optimization advice
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years of team management experience. Applicants with IT-related experience preferred
2. Sensitive to statistics, proficient at Microsoft Excel
3. Speaks one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish
4. Speaks English at an idiomatic level, capable of cross-cultural communication.
5. Highly-responsible, strong teamwork ability, good communication and coordination competence and capable of managing working pressure
