Kindergarten to 6th Grade Head Teacher

Job Description:
Scholar Tree, founded in 2012, is an academy-style English language training school, which focuses on elementary school (Kindergarten to 6th grade) aged children.Most of our students are 3-12 years old. Students methodically gain listening, speaking, reading and writing skills as they progress through the comprehensive 5-year program, which prepares students for international school or boarding school curriculum.

Essential duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to:
1\Needs to have a team player attitude with the capability of managing a team of up to Seven teachers
2\Create and prepare suitable lesson plans for the right level and be able to effectively manage the classroom.
3\Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying needs
4\Provide students regular feedback and maintain communication with parents regarding homework and quiz grades
5\Participate in department meetings, trainings and lead marketing activities.
6\100 teaching hours per month in the contract, 5 days a week with two days off consecutively during weekdays.
Requirements:
1\B.A / B.S. with a minimum of 1-2 years of management experience and 3-5 years of teaching experience.
2\Excellent communication skills in English reading, writing and speaking ability and a strong command of English grammar.
3\A proven team player who can work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
4\Ability to spark intellectual curiosity in students and help students realize their full potential.
5\Patient with a positive attitude, responsible, creative, and empathetic.
