A local accelerator for social enterprises is looking for experienced professionals to volunteer their time and share their skills. Whether you are a business professional, experienced social entrepreneur, you want to move into the sector, or you are simply curious to learn more. Your skills can make an impact in support social enterprises in their mission to support local communities.
This professional volunteer placement can be tailored to your level of experience and interest. As an integral part of the team you will get the chance to support with different projects, such as:

Highlights

This placement offers you the chance to share your skills and make a difference. You'll be working from the accelerator's co-working space, together with the team. You get hands-on experience in what social entrepreneurship looks like on the ground, and gain a better understanding of the challenges and benefits of this non-traditional business model.
At the same time, you'll be able to completely immerse yourself in the Indian culture. Hyderabad has a lot to offer - from traditional festivals and temples, to vibrant bars, restaurants and clubs.
This placement is a truly immersive experience that offers you the time and space to grow both professionally as well as personally.

Qualifications

Suitable applicants have the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor degree
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English
- Interest and passion for social entrepreneurship
- Interest to learn about the social impact space in India
- They are flexible and adaptable
- They are self-starters, that can recognise and complete tasks with minimum supervision
