Primary Responsibilities:
-Explore new sales channels for the core business products and services in Personnel Management and Compensation & Benefits outsourcing.
-Utilize available sales support resources to meet or maximize the sales quotas
-Maintain existing business
-Conduct market survey, analysis, and marketing-related activities
-Manage key customers and promote long-term business cooperation and partnerships.
Requirements:
-Fluent Japanese
-Bachelor Degree required, MBA is a plus.
-At least 2 years of sales, marketing or business development experiences in the fields of business consulting or HR-related industry preferred.
-Good interpersonal/ analytical skills.
-Successful sales track of record, good negotiation skills, effective selling and presentation skills.
-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
