Business/Systems Analyst
This company is looking for an intelligent and highly motivated applicant to work with the IT Projects Department. This department is active in providing services to external customers.
Job tasks include specifying the behaviour, organization, features, and characteristics of software systems based on user’s needs and requirements.
The Business/Systems Analyst will work with business drivers, end-users, and technical personnel. Applicants must have excellent written and verbal English abilities and a thorough understanding of technical concepts in order to be able to explain these to non-technical individuals. Applicants also must have prior experience in working in an international online environment.
Applicants must have at least four years of experience in this position with other software development companies in the online gaming sector. They must have an understanding of the interplay between software systems while continuing to keep track of technological developments.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Understand user requirements and work with project stakeholders to create a comprehensive document of specific details for projects underway.
- Work in teams to implement crucial business practices.
- Conduct research with detailed analysis and conclude with recommended solutions.
- Network with different groups including developers, end-users, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Applicants must be comfortable with daily interactions of all levels of business. They must show their skill at managing external demands and internal constraints in order to meet daily priorities while focusing on the long-term project work.

Mandatory skills and experience· At least three years in a business/systems analysis role for software and web systems in online games or the gaming arena.
· At least two years of software development experience as programmer, QA/tester, or support/team lead/project manager
· Strong grasp of established and emerging technologies, systems, platforms, and software.
· Skill to understand, analyse and evaluate business processes.
· Creative, analytical, and with strong problem solving skills.

Desirable skills and experience
