IB MYP/PYP Academic Director

Job Description:
1. Develop the curriculum plan to suit the needs of students according to the broad goals of IBPYP and IBMYP;
2. Conduct teaching performance evaluation;
3. Facilitate professional development and qualification certification in IB program;
4. If needed, take over a class for an absent teacher;
5. Participate in school events and school work assigned by the superiors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Education or the relevant subjects.
2. IB Educator certificate holder is preferred.
3. At least 3 years of teaching experience in PYP or MYP program.
4. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and expression skills.
5. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
