Job Description:
1、Be responsible for implementing normal operation of International Department of the school.
2、Reasonable arrangement of teaching related affairs, supervision of teaching process implementation, curriculum development and teacher development.
3、Compile teaching materials, teaching plans and curriculum environment design conforming to IB (PYP) /IPC concept;
4、Be responsible for organizing teaching observation, skills exhibition, educational experience summary and exchange activities.
5、Communicate and coordinate with IB (PYP) /IPC official and school departments to ensure the quality of teaching.
Requirements:
1．Bachelor's degree or above, major in Primary Education, Psychology, Education, etc. Under 40 years of age.
2．More than 5 years’ teaching and research experience, more than 2 years’ experience in curriculum development, and experience in official communication with IB (PYP) /IPC.
3．Having received IB (PYP) /IPC training and holding certificates is preferred.
4．Be familiar with the development trend of international curriculum at home and abroad, with keen thinking and strong sense of innovation.
5．Fluent English communication skills and teamwork spirit.
