Program Description

As a volunteer on the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team you will assist with the overall management of all M&E-related tasks within the organisation. Your tasks include, but are not limited to
• developing of M&E tools
• data capturing
• data processing
• reporting
• training of staff on M&E procedures

Qualifications

• University degree in a M&E related subject
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Very good knowledge of English
• Demonstrated interest in development issues and practice
• Well-honed research and writing skills
• Skills in organizing and managing events (workshops, seminars, trainings)
• Strong personal initiative, resourcefulness and capacity to work individually
• Proven ability to work as part of a team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communications and writing skills
• Strong cross-cultural skills and cultural sensitivity
