Program Description
We are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals who are willing to work in a team-based organisation. Applicants should have an interest in football and community development and be passionate about youth.
Successful Applicants will be part of the Programme Team which supports the coordination of all WhizzKids United’s programme-related activities. They will work alongside other Programme Coordinators and report to the Programme Director. The applicant will be responsible for:
• Supporting project planning and implementation
• Assist the coordination of training workshops with a focus on HIV prevention and football
• Working closely with Life Skills Trainers who work in local schools and at the WhizzKids Health Academy
• Supporting the monitoring & evaluation of our programmes

Qualifications
It is essential that the applicant:• Has a good understanding of English, both written and spoken
• Be Proficiened in Microsoft Office (especially MS Word and Excel)
• Have excellent people skills
• Be highly motivated and with a good working attitude
• Ideally have an interest in football
• Be able to commit to 6 months to 1 year. (For shorter periods, please contact us)
It is preferred that the applicant has:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline OR is currently enrolled in college/university studying a relevant subject
• Project management experience
• Good analytical skills
• Some experience in football coaching
