Junior Curriculum Developer – K12 On

Job Description:
Role Summary

The K12 Online Curriculum Development team at EIC Education, a leader in the Chinese education market, is looking for a curriculum developer for K12 online content. He or she will generally be responsible for conducting research and development for new courses, as well as creating new modules for existing courses. As a key member of the team, this individual will also help with maintaining existing courses, ensuring that any feedback or issues from instructors and students are implemented accordingly. This role is vital to the company’s continued growth and success in China’s education market as EIC looks to expand its offerings to areas that are currently underserved.

Employees on the K12 Online Curriculum Development team work a standard office hours, approximately 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Designing course layout and flow
• Researching and selecting new subject areas for future course offerings
• Creating assessments that test specific learning goals
• Editing photo, video and audio content to produce a consistent, coherent product
• Reading, editing and updating online course materials for quality assurance
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications and Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in education, linguistics, media or related fields
•1+ years previous experience in teaching or curriculum development
•Experience in publishing online content in any medium
