• HR Administration such as personnel files, onboarding documentation etc.
• Collaboration with our Chinese partners for visa processes of foreign staff
• Internal communication with other teams to ensure a good information flow
• Follow up and assistance of the International HR Team on topics as recruiting, onboarding and training
Requirements:
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• At least 1 year experience working in an international environment
• Detail oriented and a pro-active attitude
• Good team working skills and clear communication
