We are looking for tutors that care deeply about children, seek to inspire their students, and more importantly are someone the students look up to and admire. Our tutors evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance for improvement. ESL tutors have autonomy to help design curriculum, coursework, and engaging activities. There are community nights with movies and dinners. We are open to new ideas and fun social activities to help students improve and engage!
We are looking for the best ESL TUTORS to teach in our partner institutions ranked in the top 20 schools in China. Tutors will teach in small classrooms of 10 to 25, provided competitive salary and benefits packages including health insurance, and supported with ongoing professional development.
We currently have positions open in Beijing as well as some other cities around China. You’ll be joining a fantastic group of ESL tutors from around the world and China, who are passionate about youth education. Make lifelong friends as part of a team.
Teamwork is a central value for us. Just like our students, we believe we can all improve with guidance from others. Tutors have regular opportunities to share effective teaching practices.
All ESL tutors are also invited to company-organized networking and social events, Chinese classes and other community-based activities. Our tutors can join programs with certification courses and training, so you can continually advance your career.
