Program Description

One Month Culinary Program (80 hours)

This program is open to beginners who would like an introduction to French cooking and pastry as well as professionals who wish to improve their own culinary skills in a short amount of time. This course will be taught at a 1 Michelin Star level.

This 80 hour course will be held over four weeks with four hours of class a day, five days a week. Weekends are open to exploration. We hope that you will enjoy your time in our classes benefiting from the expertise of our skilled instructors.

Course Content

Cooking Course (1 Module)
- 1st Week: Cold Starters
- 2nd Week: Hot Starters
- 3rd Week: Fish dishes
- 4th Week: Meat dishes

OR

Pastry Course (1 Module)
- 1st Week: Breads, Viennoiseries, Doughs
- 2nd Week: Cakes and Entremets
- 3rd Week: Chocolates
- 4th Week: Plated Desserts and Decoration

Students will be placed in pairs so that they can assist each other. Our talented instructors will provide personalized attention and offer helpful advice in order to help you grow as a culinary expert.
