Program Description

This program is available for beginners who are looking to learn French Cooking and Pastry techniques or professionals who would like to hone their abilities. This course is taught at a 1 Michelin Star level. There are two modules which last four weeks each. The more complex dishes are taught in the second month.

During these eight weeks, you will attend four hours of a class a day, five days a week. Your weekends are free for excursions. You will learn a lot of useful recipes and be immersed in the unique city of Miami.

Course Content

Cooking Course
- 1st Week: Cold Starters
- 2nd Week: Hot Starters
- 3rd Week: Fish dishes
- 4th Week: Meat dishes

Pastry Course
- 1st Week: Breads, Viennoiseries, Doughs
- 2nd Week: Cakes and Entremets
- 3rd Week: Chocolates
- 4th Week: Plated Desserts and Decoration
