Job Description:
• Drive the full cycle recruiting process: job postings, cv screening, 1st and 2nd round interviews, contract offering, visa assistance and onboarding
• Further develop current Recruiting strategies, partners and events
• Follow up every process step with the right administrative tasks
• Monitor current processes and voice optimization ideas
• Assist in other HR domains such as employee relations, payroll, teambuilding, training etc.
• Collaborate closely with our Chinese HR team
Requirements:
• Min. 2 year International Recruiting experience
• Min. Bachelor degree
• Fluent in English, good Mandarin skills and a good understanding of Chinese working culture
• A good team player with solid stakeholder management skills
• A pro-active attitude combined with a hands-on approach
• A passion for communication and working in an intercultural environment
