Job Description:
Work Position Requirements
 minimum bachelor’s degree in Language Assessment, Education, English, Curriculum design or a related field; master’s degree preferred
 Experience in managing projects to a deadline, able to rationally prioritize multiple interconnected complex tasks at work based on their importance
 extensive experience in language test development, research and/or validation
 ability to meet deadlines, handling diverse tasks simultaneously and prioritizing as needed
 strong verbal and written communication skills
 strong interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills
 basic data analysis skills
Requirements:
Work Responsibilities
 working with other team members to design the test construct and purpose
 designing item types for an assessment and writing test plans and details
 writing and reviewing test items
 conducting pilot study and field tests
 supporting data teams in analyzing data and writing technical reports
 screening, training and managing groups of external consultants (item writers, reviewers)
 evaluating third-party assessments
 Timely communication and collaboration with inter- and intra- department production partners and dependencies, including but not limited to: line leaders, Human Resources and Head of Education
