Program Description

This course includes lectures (in French & English), preparation as well as a sampling of 3 meals: entrée, main meal, and dessert. Classes take place at the cooking school center on Wednesday night or Saturday morning. You will learn from a local chef to make authentic French cuisine. You should enroll in a French class alongside this program.
