Sales executive for Serviced Apartments

Job Description

This role requires the right candidate to build ongoing and incremental business with large-scale corporates through the building of ongoing relationships and fearless business development.

Would be responsible for Lead generation, lead qualification, follow-up and closures.
Understanding client requirements and providing customized solutions.
Constructing and presenting client proposals and presentations to Corporate Clients.
Managing cycle for new business generations starting from lead generation to negotiation, closure and full realization of sales revenue.
Identifying and appointing new potential channel partners to enhance business development while working closely with the sales channel to ensure target achievements.
Good team player with the ability to work individually as well as part of a team

Salary/Benefits

An introductory remuneration of €500/month.
Travel expenses to and from India.
An appraisal period of 6 months, after which remuneration will be upgraded based on performance.
Accommodation and food will be provided in Delhi or Mumbai in fully furnished sharing apartments with fully functional kitchens, initially in twin sharing, with upgrades based on performance.

Desired Skills and Experience

Above all else the right candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude to building and developing relationships and new business. A background within the industry is not required.
Excellent English language communication skills.
Prior Sales and business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
A positive and determined personality with the capacity to liaise with senior stakeholders is also favourable.
A commitment of at least one year, a pre-requisite.
Candidates must be well presented, enjoy meeting new people, possess strong communication skills and have the determination and enthusiasm to succeed
