Program Description
Engage in advanced degree programs with Delaware Law. This will allow you to explore the training and specialist qualifications necessary to increase your skills in the field. This program is available to international students who have finished a law degree from a non-U.S. law school that is academically recognized. It is also open to US juris doctor program graduates. Previous program participants have come from Canada, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. This is a very international environment that provides for a range of diverse experience.
The Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law and Finance is provided through the Institute of Delaware Corporate and Business Law.
This is an ideal course for those who want to increase their background and training in a specialized practice area or who want to expand their expertise in concentrations such as Criminal Law, American Legal Studies, Environmental Law, and Global Corporate Compliance.

Qualifications
For applicants whose first language is not English, current TOEFL or IELTS scores showing sufficient proficiency in the English language is required. Widener Law Delaware prefers a score over 90 on the Internet-based (iBT) TOEFL, or a score of over 6.5 on the IELTS to be competitive for admission to the program. Applicants must have taken the TOEFL or IELTS within two years of submitting their application.Graduate Job Types
