I.C.I.F:
is an Italian non-profit association, whose statutory purpose is to spread the knowledge of Italian cuisine, among Italian citizens and above all among foreigners, through courses and publications; and has equipped a cooking school of its own, at Castello di Costigliole d’Asti, Italy. where Italian cooking courses of different time duration's are held by experts, and are called MASTER or SHORT COURSES, as described in greater detail by request, at the end of which diplomas or certificates are issued to the participants; I.C.I.F is also able to provide accommodations, either at its premises or at those of third parties, for the foreign students attending I.C.I.F courses, and, at the end of the courses, to find jobs for them at primary Italian restaurants for a period of hands-on training; The conditions and terms of participation in I.C.I.F courses are published yearly by the month of September of the previous year.
