DAS Akademie is a modern language school situated in the heart of Berlin, at Rosenthaler Platz in Mitte. The trendy quarters of Prenzlauer Berg, Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz are just a stone's throw away.
Our teaching methods focus on verbal communication and the development of students' speaking skills. Our experience has shown that students learn a new language most effectively by speaking as much as possible. Reading, writing, listening, grammar and pronunciation are systematically trained, and self-confidence is nourished. Our small groups are the ideal place to learn languages effectively. Regular assessment helps students monitor their progress. Our certified German courses are in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference. DAS Akademie furthermore runs summer and winter language camps for children and young people. We have done this successfully for more than 15 years. DAS Akademie also organises cultural study tours to Germany, and has developed an effective online learning platform used by schools around the world. |
