Project Leader SAP Sales SD/CRM

What you will do
In this challenging and important role you, as a project leader, are responsible for customizing, implementation and rollout of global Sales and CRM processes. Furthermore you are part of the 3rd level support SAP helpdesk.

Responsibilities will include
Leading SAP roll-out projects
Planning and worldwide implementation of the processes in the specific scope of the project
Project management and documentation
Monitoring, coordinating and supporting the project during the various project phases
3rd level support for the global SAP helpdesk
Supporting the organizational change with new trading-, distribution-, application-structure
Assisting by the definition of tools and standards
Developing concepts and solutions to improve the information flow
Creating trainings concepts and executing trainings
