Requirements
You have a law degree, you are a lawyer and you have an LL.M. or at least 1 year work experience abroad.
You have at least 2 years of practical experience in M ​​& A in Switzerland; especially in the field of international transactions.
You are stylish in English (Proficiency Level) and German.
You bring in your external network.
