On behalf of our client, a multinational company providing technical solutions for energy infrastructure, telecommunications, power and transportation networks, we are looking for an enthusiastic Procurement & Administrative Assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Process customer orders using ERP system and tracking status until delivery to the customer;
• Prepares various reports standard or ad-hoc using SAP and Excel;
• Updates the database by introducing new prices, product codes, new suppliers, etc.;
• Offering sales support or administrative support when needed;
• Maintain and develop a good relationship with the partners and clients.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s deexperience in logistics/ transport could be an advantage;
• SAP knowledgegree in economics or technical studies;
• Previous;
• English Advanced level - reading, writing and speaking ability – is compulsory;
• Excellent communication abilities;
• Very organized person and focused on getting good results.
