We assist customers, along with the customers of other companies within the Group, regarding product, pricing or reservation questions and offer support for all inquiries relating to the website.
We are the voice of the company: We represent one of the few touch points between airline and passengers.
Roles:
The position we are offering is Customer Service Consultant with German and English language. Our Customer Service Consultants are primary contact for passengers. They are handling telephone calls regarding flight connections, flight reservations, providing services in the area of bonus frequent flyer programs, telephone check-in, sale of tickets and a lot more. We usually communicate with our passengers in Italian, the rest of the calls is in English. English is also our internal communication language.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service for the Tourism field
