Program Description

Our program is mainly targeting young people who are seeking immediate opportunities, immediate solutions and want to see changes in their career, businesses and life.

The program inspires the female population to move past the political conditioning and societal and belief patterns that have kept them in chains of suppression. These women have been unaware of their true power, skills, and beauty.

The program includes planning, managing and producing shows, exhibitions, lifestyle shows, workshops, networking and meetings.

With the intention of offering tools, information, encouragement and inspirational section and interaction between people from disadvantage areas that can be used as a guide on the journey of reclaiming power in the Free State Province. People are encouraged to see and bring forth the beauty and strength within themselves, to be inspired to be the best they can be, and to let their spirit shine through.

It includes many career expo mainly focused on getting information to GR10 -12 learners, college students, and university students as well as unemployed youth information about various study and career opportunities around the Free State.

It also includes the South African Corporate Netball Cup focused on striving to promote the idea of corporate growth through sport. This is a dynamic festival that will provide a safe atmosphere of fun and fair play. We aim to create an interactive corporate event using Netball a uniting thread for professionals. Our aim of using Netball as an social tool can demonstrate that sports can release stress and provide a relaxing environment. We believe that we can play a role in helping to identify and support practical solutions which help people lead more active, healthy lifestyle.

At its heart, the program hosts The Mangaung Youth Empowerment week, dedicated to interactions between young entrepreneurs, corporates, government and civil society. Through its exhibitions, workshops, conferences and dialogues, young people of Mangaung had an opportunity to enhance their business and discover what other institutions offered to boost their businesses.
