Program Description
Volunteer with our program and help to prevent the illegal trade of wildlife parts and wildlife. There is an organized trade that is internationally run of black market goods. Indonesia has been hit hard by this illegal trade of animals and has a high number of threatened species including birds and mammals. There is an uncontrolled hunting epidemic where caught animals are exported to overseas markets. Animals include hornbills, tarsiers, slow loris, golden cats, palm cockatoos, komodo dragons, and more. There is an extremely high mortality rate. You will assist with rehabilitating and rescuing wildlife.
