Volunteer in Nepal with United Planet, immerse yourself in its vibrant culture, and interact with some of the most welcoming people you'll ever meet. United Planet Quests focus on complete cultural immersion, so you'll truly understand the daily lives of your host community members and get to form strong relationships at the same time. As you live with a host family or at your volunteer project, you'll begin to understand what makes this small country so special.

As a volunteer in Nepal, you have the opportunity to work with children in orphanages, provide assistance in schools, or support a center for women and girls who have been victims of human trafficking and abuse. Healthcare volunteers may also have the opportunity to provide basic dental services to local communities.

Highlights

Possible volunteer projects include:

-Assisting local dentists to provide basic dental care and education to local communities
-Working with children in a local orphanage in Kathmandu
-Teaching English and other subjects in schools in Kathmandu
-Supporting a counseling center for victims of abuse
-Interning at a non-profit that promotes travel philanthropy, tourism, and social responsibility
