Program Description

If you are interested in learning Russian on a budget, then this is the course for you. We focus on helping you increase your abilities rapidly without being in the typical class format. You will be able to immerse yourself in the Russian culture and lifestyle as you make lifelong friends.

Our program, Volunteer and Learn Russian, will allow you to build your language abilities while volunteering with “Enjoy Russian”, the Russian language school.

1. Improve your Russian as you become immersed in the culture. This school is centered in a fascinating and comfortable town that is cozy as opposed to noisy. You will be able to make friends fast since the locals are so friendly.

2. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to learn Russian in a wholly different manner. You will make friends, meet fascinating new people, broaden your horizons, and interact with those from a variety of cultures, religions, backgrounds, and ages as you practice your Russian skills.

3. Our goal is to ensure your comfort as you prepare and stay in this fantastic city. You will have a hassle-free program as we help you to get your visa and settle into accommodations in Petrozavodsk prior to the beginning of the program.

3. Apply for a Russian visa - we will send you the Invitation letter
4. Buy tickets and come to Petrozavodsk

Volunteering options:

September - European Week of Languages: Different projects for kids in the schools of Petrozavodsk - quizzes, games, presentations, and workshops
October – Discussion club on different topics: For different ages; in language centers, cafes, schools, and universities
November – Christmas preparations: Different projects for citizens - quizzes, games, presentations, and workshops
January - March - "Intercultural marathon": Discussion clubs on different topics at public schools
February - April - "Ecological project" concerning 27th of April - Earth's Day: Lessons, discussions, and workshops on ecological topics

You must be enthusiastic and interested in learning Russian.

What`s Included

Groups of Students:

860 euros for a 4 week program including a tuition fee of 560 euros (80 hours in a group) and a homestay fee of 300 euros with breakfast).
2100 euros for a 10 week program including a tuition fee 1400 euros (200 hours in a group) and a homestay fee of 700 euros with breakfast.

Individuals:

1960 euros including a one-on-one Russian language course that costs 1360 euros (80 hours) and a homestay fee of 600 euros with breakfast for 2 months.
