Teaching English in Cambodia

Overall rating: 0 based on 0 reviews

Program Description

Around 450 children in Bospo as well as other nearby villages are supported by KNGO since these children ae unable to afford tutoring and English classes.

Each course is 1 hour and our instructors run 14 English courses every day.
Lessons run from 7 AM to 11 AM and then again from 1 PM to 5 PM.

Volunteers assist local Khmer teachers of English by making use of the ‘Let’s Go’ curriculum provided by KNGO.

KNGO has three full-time instructors, 7 part-time teachers, and the help of generous volunteers to teach local students English. Classes are taken in the local Bospo Primary School in the afternoons as well as other classrooms in the morning on KNGO grounds that were funded and built by volunteers.

The opportunity to volunteer in the picturesque, rural village of Bospo, in Battambang Porvince, cambodia. Volunteers at KNGO can immerse themselves in rural Cambodian life in the homestay and get to know the village and surrounding areas via bicycle, moto or tuk tuk.
