Teaching English & Computer Skills to Girls

Program Description

We are welcoming volunteers and individuals from across the world to come together and offer their skills and experiences. We are working to promote and develop sustainable methods for communities and we would like your help. We have a variety of programs around Jaipur in Rajasthan. Many of our programs are in rural areas within 25km from Jaipur while our street children education and orphan child care programs are in the urban and slum areas of Jaipur.

Volunteers with the English Teaching program will instruct computer skills and teach English. Volunteers should help to show students how to translate these skills into a prospective career. We believe that the girls will be able to be economically more stable with these essential life skills.

Qualifications

The only qualification that we require of our volunteers is that you come motivated to help needy people.
We happily accommodate singles, couples and groups.
If you are comfortable with your level of English, it's probably good enough for us as well.
For this particular project only female volunteers are allowed.
The minimum required age is 16 years+ and the maximum depends on a participant’s health.
