Teaching Assistant in Primary School

Program Description

As one of the only primary schools in the Daraja Mbili area, Integrity Primary School provides indispensable education for the children living here. The school is an English medium school, all subjects are taught in English and hereby offers rich possibility for volunteers of all nationalities to assist the permanent teachers in their work. As the children in primary school are between 6-14 years of age, the work will consist of teaching, playing and guiding these young individuals in both educational and personal matters. We are looking for either qualified teachers or students enrolled in teaching facilities that wish to gain unique experience through an period of work in a developing country like Tanzania.

Qualifications

we are only looking for volunteers who are enrolled in a teaching facility, who have experience with teaching. As the school covers all ages we are looking for volunteers for all the school parts and hopefully a wide spread of subjects.
