Program Description

A rousome welcome awaits you from our students. Helping teacher in school with limited resources provides engaging environment for educating children and teachers. Your energy, ideas, presence are exciting for students and strengthening the teachers and parents.

Ghana is a land of great change and optimism which reflected in schools we work. Although they often over-crowded, under funded, under staffed , hope and enthusiasm seem to pass through the students. Its difficult to keep this as more or less trained teachers continue to drift for brain-drain of profitable teaching contract, sake of all this, any of help is welcome from volunteers to teach such as mathematics, science English or computer science from basic schools, primary, junior high or senior high schools.

You need not to qualify or qualification to be part of the teaching program or projects, you can volunteer for minimum of 2 weeks and maximum 12 months.
There will be along way difference for your contributions in child’s life. This program is opened to all volunteers whether you are on gap year, at university or wanting a career break. All required from you is good standard of spoken English.

    Review this program
The area in which I was teaching was beautiful. The resort is on a beach fringed with palm trees and set within half an hour drive of a few towns where there are lots of markets to eat and shop. There were also many small restaurants along the road off which the resort was set, meaning that I could easily walk to get amazing food nearby. The Keta is also within a short ferry trip of of Keta beach where I went scuba diving on a couple of the weekends which
    was amazing!"
