Program Description
Volunteer with our Outreach Project and assist with conducting periodic assessments of families in order to provide services that include support and counselling, feeding poverty stricken families, and educating about family planning.
This project supports children and families in Cambodia that are in a crisis. This project will take place in Siem Reap’s slums as we seek to make a difference in this lives of this underprivileged community.
This is an intense project since you will be confronted with abject poverty and heartbreaking situations. If you are confident about your ability to tackle challenging situations, then volunteer and make a difference with this rewarding project.
Donation Requirement
The Outreach Project requires Volunteer Adventurers to donate $200 in person which is not included in the price of this volunteer opportunity. You will be given a specific donation receipt and have the choice of where this donation should be spent such as building materials, clothing, books, or food.

Highlights
Volunteer ResponsibilitiesAssist poverty-stricken children and families in Siem Reap's slums
Assist local staff in conducting periodic assessments of families in order to provide the necessary support
Help to feed underprivileged families and help to teach proper hygiene and sanitation practices, and even assist with organizing important documents such as birth certificates.
Respond to emergency calls for a family that is desperately needing assistance. Calls range from an abandoned child, sudden homelessness, and medical emergencies
Assist in the the weekly rice drop program to feed hungry mouths and grow smiles
