Orphanage Volunteer Assistants

Volunteer and help the needy and vulnerable children who are located in Ghana. These children are often subject to abuse, neglect, and poverty. They are forced into trafficking and child labour as they live on the streets.

This program has provided the chance for these street children to have a solid roof of their heads and have the opportunity to learn before they are placed in with family members or adopted out.

Many orphanages in Ghana are often under-staffed and have poor resources. We have collaborated with an orphanage in need of volunteers to help with the daily tasks of the program. Tasks include thinking of activities for children, cooking, cleaning, and serving food. You can help to engage in cross-cultural exchange and teach these children basic English skills.

There are many personal rewards for this volunteer program including helping the children achieve happiness. Volunteers must be independent, flexible, and creative.
