Broaden your horizons by volunteering with local communities on the fringes of Buenos Aires as they improve their underdeveloped district. They are currently without running water, paved roads, and lack basic amenities. Volunteers will assist local residents and organizations to build a more stable community, which can be a challenging task.
Volunteers who would be suited to this program are those who are dedicated to helping the global community and passionate about learning more about Buenos Aires and Argentina. Residents of these underprivileged areas sometimes lack access to food, good schools, and even resources for child care. Be a part of the change to improve the lives of these residents.
Volunteers will be able to improve their Spanish skills as they are immersed in the local culture. Volunteers may also enroll in a short, intensive language program at the beginning of the volunteer time.
