Medical Placements

Program Description

Volunteers from across the globe as well as those who support our programme from afar have really made a difference in local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centres. Local community members including doctors, villagers, and children all need to be educated in modern medical theory and technology in order to provide a comprehensive care system.

Hospitals and clinics are very understaffed and so we welcome volunteers to assist with tasks including washing and caring for sick children to help out exhausted parents. It is important to also raise funds for food, since this can be scarce, as well as essentials such as sterilization of equipment.

We feature projects from one week all the way to 6 months. Inquire today and begin the process to your programme!

Highlights

– Helping local healthcare professionals and parents care for sick babies with daily duties and feeding
– Become instructors and offering guidance and advice to local Doctors
– Preparing and distributing help hampers daily

– Helping to make those who are sick more comfortable (no qualification needed)
