Program Description
Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant history and local culture of the largest Caribbean island. Not only does Cuba boast beautiful beaches and an untouched countryside but a truly unique national heritage that is best understood through an array of authentic cultural experiences.
United Planet Cuba Immersion Quest participants have the unique opportunity to understand Cuba as it truly is due to the authentically Cuban cultural experiences included in the program. Participants will receive extensive, daily interaction with scholars, artists, and business owners, which allow for deep understanding of how this island is adjusting (and will continue to adjust) to its changing relationship with the US and word. We look forward to our participants building meaningful relationships with the individuals who are shaping Cuba's promising future!

Highlights
The specific program will be customized to each group's participants and their specific interests, hobbies, and skills! Potential volunteer projects may include working alongside local leaders at community projects, participating in English-Spanish language workshops, meeting with and advising budding social enterprises, and more!Qualifications
