Program Description

Volunteer in Bardia

Volunteer in Bardia National Park and experience the beautiful region in the Terai with plenty of opportunities to view wildlife. This is a park that has not been overrun with tourists and houses one of the largest tiger habitats. While the tiger population has begun to increase, it is still rare and a special experience to see a tiger.

This region also houses 30 species of animals including one-horned rhinos and wild elephants. There are over 250 bird species that include the sarus crane and Bengal florican. Gangetic dolphins and marsh mugger and gharial crocodiles are also found in Karnali River’s eastern channel, Geruwa River.
