Program Description

Participate in the development and implementation of sustainable projects at the Education Center in Conservation and Sustainable Development, in Peru. The center is located in Oxapampa, surrounded by more than 15 hectares of rainforest, two streams, and cultivation areas with local fruit crops. The center will set up examples and models of sustainable activities that can be replicated. This expedition covers a wide range of topics, such as riparian forest restoration, organic cultivation, water treatment, and water quality. The program is ideal for those who want to learn about conservation, environmental science, or related fields.

Activities for volunteers can vary from developing trails, signs for the trails, and working in different projects to production of information for students and other volunteers and collecting scientific data.
