Description

Trainees who enroll in the Via Lingua TEFL Certificate Course will be able to follow a structured program with interactive activities. Trainees perform a series of tasks that emphasize a variety of concepts and situations. We focus on a cycle of “do”, “reflect”, “hypothesize”, and “test” which will cement all new learning. Trainees bring in their own backgrounds to relate to the material and their fellow group members. This is an established pedagogical approach honed through research and practice.

Our instructors know how to provide a comprehensive program for a short intensive course and cover practical models and strategies. They emphasize modeling teaching techniques that trainees can use in their own TEFL class. Trainees will be divided into pairs and small groups and have feedback sessions. Our instructors also find innovative ways of exploring the difficulties of grammar. Input sessions allow trainees the chance to try out new insights and ideas by engaging in peer teaching activities.
