SEE TEFL was established in 2006 and has trained over 1,400 TEFL teachers. We are located in the beautiful North Thailand city of Chiang Mai. Our 4-week TEFL program equips new teachers with the classroom skills and language knowledge to effectively teach EFL anywhere in the world.
Our trainees come from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities. This provides a rich mix of people on every program. Your classmates will be your future TEFL teaching friends and connections.
Our standard in-class 4 week TEFL is recognized worldwide and is a requirement for teaching in many schools throughout Thailand. Most importantly, we provide a comprehensive foundation for teaching English as a Foreign language, including lesson planning, classroom management, grammar review, and six complete observed teaching practices with real students in real schools, at a variety of levels and ages.

Highlights

Register 6 weeks in advance and we offer a $ 200 USD discount off the standard course fee of $ 1,595 USD (after discount, this is $ 1,395 USD).
Register 3 weeks in advance but less than 6 and we offer a $ 100 USD discount off the standard course fee of $ 1,595 USD (after discount, this is $ 1,395 USD).
Qualifications
- Native-speaker or near native-speaker English language skills- A flexible and easy-going personality
- Familiarity with basic computer skills

Salary/Benefits:
Teacher salaries depend on other factors, such as which country, what kind of school, 4 year university degrees (or higher), etc. In Thailand the salaries for teachers is roughly 25,000-50,000 THB, again depending on location.
