Program Description
Program participants with FUA will have the opportunity to participate in fieldtrips, extracurricular activities, community service, and volunteer opportunities. Many of these activities are developed by the Development Office and Student Life Department at FUA which helps students every step of this journey from admissions to arrival in Florence to housing. FUA is affiliated with many international institutions for direct credit transfers. FUA will issue academic credit through the School of Record for students from non-affiliated institutions.
FUA provides a stimulating and wide-ranging curriculum to suit every student’s background and interests. We pride ourselves on cultural integration and in developing projects that work within the center of Florence. Participants will be a part of the city’s events and culture. Students will be able to contribute to the city by participating and understanding the local values and movements through FUA. We offer a variety of academic sessions throughout the year to suit every student’s schedule.
