Program Description
The Customer Service Specialist program runs for 40 weeks/1 year. This program was developed to offer training and advancement in business skills. Program participants will learn about meeting, assisting, and assessing what customers need. There are four main components: Customer Service as a Career, Personal and Home Care Aide, Call Center, and Customer Relationship Management. You will be able to learn about building up professional and customer skills abilities.
The Hospitality Industry Professional Program runs for 40 weeks/1 year and help participants to succeed in a range of hospitality industry positions. Participants will learn about assessing and serving the clients’ needs in a range of industries as well as service techniques. Learn about creating an outstanding atmosphere for clients and learning the principles of helping guests feel cared for.
The Administrative Assistant Professional Program runs for 40 weeks/1 year. Participants will be trained in the main Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word. Once participants have successfully completed the program, they will be able to manage electronic files and be able to demonstrate basic computer literacy.
