SAE: Florence - Semester, Summer and Certificate programs at Apicius International School of Hospitality
Program Description
The picturesque city of Florence is home to Apicius, a wonderful hub for art, mouthwatering food, and decadent wine. Apicius is only a five minute walk from the Central San Lorenzo area which allows students of the program plenty of opportunity to explore the city. The instructors at Apicius are a diverse group made up of internationals and locals who all hold advanced degrees in their respective fields. Our chefs are certified by the National Association of Professional Chefs and all are experts in their fields.
Course Structure
Our courses are offered for a fifteen-week semester as well as two summer sessions that last four weeks. If you attend two summer sessions, you will have completed a one semester’s worth of coursework. Our programs are taught in English.
