Program Description

This intensive culinary arts course was designed for participants who are interested in gastronomy and who would like to add to their skill set. The Mente Argentina Professional Chef Degree Program features intensive classes over a five month period which will go over the same content as a two year Culinary Arts degree course.

Program participants will cover basic and advanced cooking techniques over the five month course. The course will teach gastronomic concepts that lay behind practical skills. This will encourage students to independently formulate their own recipes using classic and modern culinary techniques. The course also goes through a comprehensive class in marketing, costs and budgets as well as an introduction to wine. Students will leave with a thorough understanding of all the practical and technical areas of cooking and kitchen and restaurant management.

Our instructors are experienced, professional and dedicated to teaching participants the most cutting edge culinary methods.
