Highlights
Innsbruck often markets itself as "the heart of the alps."AYA students are required to take courses in German language or literature each semester. Language placement tests administered in Innsbruck, along with individual interests and needs, determine each students course selection. Options include UNO courses in German language and/or literature offered through the AYA program, German as a Foreign Language course offered through the University of Innsbruck, as well as regular language and literature courses offered through the Departments of German Philology and Translation Sciences at the University of Innsbruck.
