Our hybrid course combines the convenience of online/distance learning with invaluable face-to-face tutoring and real-life classroom experience. This course provides students with all the knowledge and techniques needed to start teaching English as a foreign language. The course includes lots of classroom experience where you will practice teaching genuine English learners, observe other lessons and evaluate various teaching styles. Once qualified, we will help you find the perfect teaching job for you; whether this be a voluntary job in a local primary school or a paid job in a secondary school in the capital city.
During your stay in Granada, we organise and supervise regular day and weekend trips to allow our students the option of exploring Nicaragua whilst studying. The INTESOL staff have extensive knowledge of what to see and do in Granada and beyond. From beautiful Pacific beaches to cloud forests and volcanoes, you can be sure to experience the best Nicaragua has to offer whilst gaining your TEFL/TESOL qualification.
