Program Description

With Actuality Media you can use your talent to research, write, shoot and edit a short documentary film about an international changemaker that can use the film to launch themselves on the global stage. Your compelling film can make the difference for future donations, grants, volunteers and world wide attention. In four weeks you will meet your changemaker organization, find your central character, plan and shoot a documentary film - then present it to a local (and traveler-filled) audience before heading home.
Lessons in the first two weeks will help you focus your efforts on better storytelling, production will be scheduled by the Producer and led by the crew while editing runs at BaseCamp through completion of the project. In just four weeks you will finish a compelling short documentary film.
