Program Description

The Management program at EIP International College is for people who want to develop the knowledge and skills needed to provide leadership and guidance to others, and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of a team and relevant work outcomes.
These comprehensive courses focus on workforce management, including networking and relationship building, monitoring workplace health and safety, engaging in continuous improvement of business operations, developing work goals and priorities, implementing a high standard of customer service delivery, providing confidence and support through strong leadership, and establishing and promoting a team environment.

Requirements for Admissions

Applications from students under 18 years of age will not be accepted by English in Paradise.

The minimum education level is Year 12 or an equivalent. Students must be fluent or highly competent in English with an IELTS score of 5.5 Those who do not fulfill these requirements will be expected to take an assessment exam with English in Paradise covering Numeracy, Literacy, and Language.

Recognition of Prior Learning is the process of formal recognition for skills and knowledge gained through previous learning such as:
